"The red phone booth- an icon of the isles. And all these sheep lining up
to make a call- if only they could sort out how to open that door. The
complementary colors, the lighting, the composition- all brilliant, but I
delight most in wondering who it is these sheep would like to speak
with. Although this photograph was taken in the 80's, while Jim was photographing for the National Geographic book, Discovering Britain and Ireland, it feels timeless, a true classic."
